Honestly, wow! The service was impeccable from start to finish. The atmosphere is pleasant, everything is clean and well organized. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, and the result exceeded my expectations. The details are perfect, and my nails are strong and last a long time. I will definitely be coming back!
Responding to your reply , I would like to assure you that my late arrival in both times did not exceed 10 mnts because the parking was full and due to the weather conditions!! So please do not come up with any lie or excuse to justify your lack of professionalism instead of being accountable. Secondly, the time you made me wait inside the salon the first time until you finish with your existing client, I spent it to search for the color !!! All customers in nail salons take the time they need to select their favourite color and shape ! Regarding the second visit , I clearly asked the lady not to stick the nail to enable me seeing how the shape will look like ! But never listened to any of my requests !! Instead she raises her tone at every time! Honestly !! Your reply is a good reason to prove me how terrible is your service !!______________________ 1 star is too much for this place !! Worst salon you can ever try !! I will never go back there again! The lady who did my nails is so disrespectful and unprofessional. 0 skills and lacking hygiene! The desk was not clean. She doesn’t even know the basics ! first time she cut my finger.. didn’t stop bleeding for 3 hours. Second time I tried this place thinking to give a second chance! she didn’t know how to crop my nails neither how to file nails properly. Each one looked different than the other. She just wants to finish work fast without caring about the results. And when you try to explain how you would like to get things done, she gets furious and raises her tone at you. Last time I went there she made repetitive awkward comments about how shorts my nails are and whether I bite them or not a front of her colleague and other clients. She made feel supper embarrassed and insecure. My advice to the salon: you need employees who listens properly to clients need ! And to know how to provide a good customer service. Do Not try this place
Its been exactly three weeks since Ive done my nails! And not a single gel nail chipped or broke! In most of the nail places I went to, I had to come back a few days later to fix one of my nails. Will come again :) Thank you Kim!
Excellent place to go. The salon is spotlessly clean and has a very nice vibe. The job is excellent, they pay attention to every detail and the customer service is amazing. Also, it's a perfect place to go as a mom and daughter plan. They have a beautiful spa chair for kids to do pedicure. My daughter loved it... Thank you Tammy and Lina!
I really like the nail service here. Cute and enthusiastic staff advised me on beautiful nail designs. The staff's skills are very professional, they take clean leather and paint it beautifully. I have already scheduled my next appointment.
